So I have heard some people say Toyota won't budge on MSRP while others say they will. I essentially want a DCLB TRD OR 4x4 with the only option being the tow package. That puts me at right about $35k. What is a fair price to sign on a dotted line for this?

Go to multiple dealerships and use thebquotes against them.

Maybe Toyota will offer incentives to move the trucks down the line.

The worst you will pay is msrp. So by waiting youre not missing out on anything.
