OEM Roof Rack, 3" lift, 1.25" Spidertrax Wheel Spacer, Front skid plate
    2012 prerunner 3" lift. 29k miles.

Noticed recently while straightening my wheels in the garage that when I am sitting still I get a pop when turning to the left.

Crawled under it and noticed very small amount of rack movement due to the rubber bushings. Had my son rock the steering back and forth and I can heard the pop but can't locate it. Defiantly coming from center rack area. Not ball joints or TRE's.

    Any ideas?

Still under warranty and I plan to take it in just concerned they will point to my lift and tries as the culprits.

    Stock TRD skid.

I'll pull it and see. Thanks.

It can be felt in the driver side rod connecting the tre to the rack. Happens more with engine off then with engine running. I am trying to upload a video.

Does a 2012 have an inner tie rod joint?

I'm having the same problem with my 2012 DCSB OR. Just heard it for first time today. Haven't been able to get underneath and try to locate yet. Also have a 3 inch lift that I installed not even 2 weeks ago. I'll check back if I have any leads.

Im curious to see what you find out. I have been having a similar noise and I'm starting to think its steering related. Just took a video today.

Ill post back if/when I figure out what the cause is.
