Starter 2001 Tacoma

I took my Tacoma the dealer today, to replace the starter. Well I got it back, and the engine revs when I start it. Any ideas. And the A/C blower motor vibrates the steering wheel when turned on high. Why can't I get a decent mechanic. Any help would be appreciated.

That's what I thought. I think they did something to get more money. I take it back in the morning. I use to work on my own truck, but I'm older now. So I just need to find someone reliable. Hard to find these days.
