This is true. However, my local dealer has a dozen or more Tacomas on the lot every day. They sell a bunch but also order a bunch. They are one of those "Best Price" dealers that sells for under MSRP all the time but refuses to negotiate any further.

I've been seeing Double Cab TRD OR's and SR models on the lot here lately. In case anyone can't find one and wants to drive to Montana. lol

I think this one sat in their lot since Apr. and it only had 47 miles on it. And yah, with the internet, go get the truck you want, so you rent a car and drive up or hop a cheap flight and go get it. Come on a few bucks for your dream truck. It seems like the 4 bangers in the manual are not a dime a dozzon on the dealer lots and with the SR5. Am I right?? Doesn't appear that Toyota will let us get one in 2016.

Ok, I'm just happy to get the truck and be able to have a few bucks off the MSRP.

I bought my '15 about a month ago now. It's a 4 cylinder 5spd 4wd SR5. The sticker was $28,585, I paid $25,335 (plus tax). The deals are out there, but you need to find the dealerships that move a lot of volume.

The best time to buy is right now before the one you want is gone.

We're talking about a Tacoma, not a Chrysler 200. I doubt if they have an over supply of Tacos.
