Nice! What red mods do you have planned in the future? I can think of a few.

I have a red AZ Wildcat decal on order for the sliding window, and I haven't given it much thought after that! What'd you have in mind?

Plan on doing the pinch weld mod too when you do the CMC?

Yep, doing those next week at KMFab, and going offroading tomorrow to stuff her up. I was thinking of marking spots with a sharpie, but I imagine we can figure it out right before getting the chop too.

Even though every 33" tire has their own qualities related to clearance and not rubbing, I was lucky to have the right alignment numbers prior to the larger tires. I thought for sure I'd be rubbing somewhere on city streets. Hell, the first thing I asked Discount Tire was if it rubbed backing out of the bay! I'm really pleased with my LR UCA's so far, they're pretty damn versatile. Anywho, my numbers are:

    Left Right
    Caster 3.1 2.9
    Camber .3 .2
    Toe .05 .05

Uh oh, let me think  I forgot by now. I know one thing I had in mind was the brake calipers - I've never done it myself nor seen it done on a Tacoma but that's a popular item to see in a blood red. I like the picture you have of your wheels, emblem, and coils. It would go well with that.

Besides that, there are bedside decals options (traditional and retro, just have to search and see if you like) as well as painting the engine cover. I'll try and get some pics of that as it has been done many times.

I think that was it. Have you given thought to interior at all? With all that off roading you may look at seat covers which are very customizable.

Edit: TRD skid plates have been accented red as well. It may be possible to paint the "trd" on a trd exhaust pipe red too. If you were to replace anything under the hood, there are even more options. There are colored hoses for differential breather relocation, colored steel braided brake lines, colored XTP IMS spacer, radiator hoses and I'm sure anything else you want to swap out under there. Those last few ideas are if you really wanna kill the red and black look :p

Good call on the calipers, back in my WRX days that was really popular. I'm trying to keep the red somewhat subtle inside and out, so little details like that is what I'm going for. As far as the inside, I really want the wet okeles or however you spell them, but people complain about sweating and that's no good for AZ. The red TRD stitching in them looks amazing though! I'll probably paint my gauge and tweeter borders to start and go from there.

I need to do more research on the TRD skids... I thought I had read they weren't as thick compared to the pilfreys and allpros of the world, but they do look pretty cool. I think Dakars are my next bigger mod and red extended brake lines will come with it to be safe.

I've been to Big Lake, but I haven't done any trails around there. I've hardly done any wheeling in AZ unless it's around Tucson :(

Big thank you to @JeepAndrew for the cab mount chop over the weekend. Yes, it's only a CMC but it was obvious his attention to detail sets him apart from the competition. Cant wait to get my sliders! Also, congrats to @Pitchfork311 for the RTT and awesome set-up in general.

Welp Sedona was amazing...Here's a couple goodies from the trails. We first hit Broken Arrow on Saturday morning and had an absolute blast. Not too much trouble with the pink jeeps, one of them even waited for an FJ and me to go through! We then went to Soldiers Pass Trail. Much shorter, but still very scenic with 2 great side roads for the sinkhole and 7 pools. There were some gnarly steps right before the sinkhole, I'm really surprised I didn't scrape anywhere. I'm kicking myself for not filming my decent down Devil's Staircase, but I imagine it wont be too long before I'm back.

Same! So long as I am free (which is going to be very tough through the end of the year).

I want to go back already! We should shoot for a group trip after the new year or sometime in February so we can have a heyday in the snow.

Hey Phil, how do you like the 887s over the 90000 shocks? How does it ride with just sliders for armor? I'm pretty similar in build right now with just sliders on my truck.
