I just renewed the league and managers from last year got emails...

It is a keeper league so each returning team can keep up to 3 players from last season, we are always looking for more people to join and new teams will to pick in the draft after the two teams that failed to make the playoffs last year but before the 8* teams that made the playoffs of Non Kept players.

Returning Teams give up their first round pick for 1 keeper, 1st & 2nd for 2 and First 3 picks for 3 keepers.

Draft Order Currently ( Any New Manager will go into the 3 Spot and everyone else will shift down.

DRAFT RULES/PRE DRAFT TRADES
Remember the Rules for the Draft For this Season. Also Remember New Managers DO NOT get Keepers but automatically get Picks in first 3 rounds, but can trade picks for Keepers.

Rule 1: Keepers

1.1 - Returning Managers will select 3 players off of last years roster to keep for this season.

1.1a - These 3 keepers will count as the first three picks in the draft.

1.1.1 - Managers may forfiet keepers for draft picks in the first three rounds.

1.1.1a - Giving up 1 keeper earns back 3rd Rd pick, giving back 2 keepers earns back 2nd & 3rd Rd pick, Giving back all 3 earns back all 3 picks.

Rule 2: Trading Keepers
2.1 - Managers may trade keepers to other teams for draft picks or other keepers.

2.1a - If a Manager declares keepers he can only offer the picks or players that are left over up to a total of 3. Keeping 1 Player and Trading 1 would cost your 1st & 2nd Rd Pick, leaving your 3rd for your to draft with.

2.1.b - If a manager elects to take, and declares 0 keepers, he will earn all 3 of his draft picks. He also retains the rights to all his players until 48 hours prior to the draft. If he makes an offer or takes a trade for one of his held players he can trade a player and forfiet his 3rd rd pick, then 2nd, then 1st. So If you declare 0 keepers and get all 3 picks, and then someone wants one of your keepers it will cost you your 3rd round pick, 2 players, 2nd and 3rd. If the manager later declares any keepers of his own it will revert to rule 2.1a (This applies to Player for Player, Picks for Picks, or Players for Picks)

Rule 3: Pre- Draft Trades (Non-Keepers)

3.1 All Trades must be equal in quantity; IE 1 for 1, 2 for 2.. etc. All Teams have to fill 17 spots at the end of the draft.

3.2 All teams can trade any draft pick they have the rights too. Please revert to Rule 1 for Keeper Picks conditions.

3.3 All Trades will be processed through the Commish, and posted publically for the league to vote (48 hrs)


Example:
already had 2 keepers and he had 2 keepers so we could only trade our 3rd Round picks.. he wanted a Open Pick and I wanted a Player.. we included additional Non Top 3 picks..




You can Trade 4-13th Rd picks freely as long as the number of picks are even.. 1 for 1 , 2 for 2, etc

Are you all doing a slow draft since everyone Can't be available at the same time? Is it free to play?
