I think he was talking about my truck with the pic in the quote, correct me if I'm wrong.
Made the leaf pack using mid 70's chevy leaf springs, retaining the main Toyota spring. So main spring plus 4 chevy leafs per side puts me at 4" with 250lbs in the bed. Plan on having HC rear bumper, spare 35" tire/wheel, and a couple rotopax + gear so I tried to beef them up as much as possible. Rides like a dream with 250lbs in the bed and has tons of droop. Shocks are the only limiting factor right now.

Quite an unorthodox bike rack you have. Never seen that before.

I've never seen a bike rack that held the bikes vertically oriented like that either.

Among other things, I collect blacksmithing tools. I bought a small collection of 75 lb and one 240lb anvils from a guy last week. Over 600lbs of raw steel in the bed, but I was able to get it right up next to the cab where it scaled on front end almost as much as rear. From my perspective, I couldn't see where it sagged at all. If any, equally on all 4 corners and very little at that.

A word to all cartoon enthusiast's. With 6 anvils in motion at one time, not one single Road Runner was endangered.

see build...but not a whole lot
pretty much anything i put in the bed sagged the truck. The worst was when we sat on the tailgate at sporting events. Here's about 500lbs of wood in the back. I have fixed the problem since this and installed air bags
