My air conditioner stopped working on my 2012 Taco.

I checked that the compressor clutch is OK, but found this green shit on the lines going into/out of (not sure which yet) the condenser. Any one know what it is? Maybe leaked refrigerant?

That looks like oil residue from the ac system. Could be coming from that crimp fitting on the hose or an oring connection at the compressor that's not in the picture. It looks from the picture like it's the line going to the condenser in front or the radiator.

Quality stuff they used in these late model second gens huh. I got a leak coming right out of my condenser line on my 2012. My AC sometjmes decides to work. Others it doesn't.
