Like I said in my previous post, sounds like you are having the same issue as me, even though you have the sport package. I want to say it's a tire issue. I got 100% credit for replacement tires. Waiting until next week to put new tires on when my rims come in.

I'm going to check my pressure then go from there

where did you go to see about your tires being miss shaped?

After the third attempt, Toyota service manager said my tires are the issue and no amount of balancing can fix that. I went to a different toyota service department a couple of days later for the same issue to get another opinion and he said the tires are bad. So now, I've gone back to the dealer for the same issue four times.

I'll have to wait until next week when new tires are on to tell if it's really the tires or not. Ask the service dept to road force your tires.

I have the sticky seals issue with my new 2015 as well. I haven't done it yet, but this is the fix everyone recommends: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2011-dc-window-rattle.206869/page-2#post-9643116

I'm just afraid of making a mess with the silicone spray, so I'm going to try and just spray it on a rag and wipe them down first before I go with the above method of it dripping out of all the seals. Guess its a common problem.

Update: Dealer confirmed vibration and performed a road force balance. Front left tire was bad and they replaced it. Problem solved!!

Take it to the dealer. Ask them to Road Force balance the tires. Tacomas are notorious for balancing issues.

I returned my Tacoma the day after buying it because the horn didn't work. They discovered the ground wire was never attached. Horn works fine now.

I have the same truck and same issues (both, vibration and wind noise). My truck is just a little over 800 (eight hundred) miles. This makes me wanna swap the tires for the Michelin AT2.

This makes me wanna swap the tires for the Michelin AT2. But I'll let the dealership take a look first.
I will call the dealership on Tuesday.

Thanks. I'll check it out. Just ordered black FJ TRD wheels so the stock wheels will be off soon anyway, but glad it was a simple fix. I love the truck so far.

I test drove a new 2015 SR5 DCSB that had a noticible vibration at 65mph, then I drove a newTRD off road DCSB that had the same vibration. The dealer said it should wear off after 20 or so miles and filled the tank and let me have it for an hour or so...no difference after 40 miles. I tried one more, another TRD and it seemed much better and the motor actually ran better/felt more responsive than the others so I bought it. I hope I don't have any 65mph wheel shake in the future. I did notice a very slight passenger seat vibration at around 70 today which I did not notice on the test drive (still had plastic on seats). I'll keep my eye on it.

If you ever do have the dealer "road force balance" the tires. Very common problem.
