    Hey guys, @JBecker

Currently running 245 75 16's on my 2013 Base 4 cylinder 2.7L and really been wanting to upgrade to the KO2's and finally i saw this morning discount tire direct is offering $100 off a purchase of $400 or more and free shipping and you can get a set of KO2's shipped to your door for $644..... Wondering if i should pick up a set and throw them on and sell my current 245 75 16 Cooper AT3's that only got 6k miles on them. Also will a 265 75 16 spare fit up under the truck without any modifications? Just to keep on under there if needed?

You might want to check prices at your local store. I just got excited about the $100 off and looked up some duratracs which I was planning on getting soon. $776 from the discount tire store and $876 on ebay. The ebay prices is $100 higher before the coupon. They come out to the exact same price except at the store I don't have to deal with the hassle of shipping and lugging them somewhere to get them mounted.

But if you purchase 2 sets of 2 tires and use the coupon twice you get $200 off......

Yeah dude you're right, that's a good deal. Doing the double coupon trick I can get 4 duratracs for $676, I guess what I'm doing come payday.

I drive alot in the snow and from what I've read I think the duratracs will be a better fit for my needs.

I've heard the balancing problem is only when they're cold. They get flat spots when parked and then round back out once you start driving which I'm totally fine with

    OP < thank you

Normally, how much does it cost to have a local shop mount and balance 4 tires (approximately)?

I am thinking of getting 4 P265/65-17 MICHELIN LTX A/T 2 65R R17 TIRES 34266 in two separate orders. That will be $620 shipped. Will sell my current tires on my TRD Sport with less than 1k miles on them.

Welcome, usually it's about $20 a tire for mount and balance on average

Dry pavement seems great. I don't have any issues. I read someone who said they had issues with braking and stopping distance with these on dry pavement but I am calling bullshit. I haven't experienced that yet even with the idiot drivers cutting me off in San Diego / Los Angeles. As for wet, I do not know yet. Rains like twice a year here in So Cal. Hope to find out soon as it was a concern for me.

Kinda worried about going with the E rated tire cause that will add like 50lbs more to the tire weight. But ive read that people don't loose much gas mileage even with the 4 cylinder.
