That's the one I'm leaning more towards. Hopefully, I'll still be able to do 4 days a week, but it's good to have a backup plan

Full-body stuff is more for beginners. I like to do them if on vacation or if I'm having a busy week, but it's not something I'd do regularly.

I wanna go one year for all the free shit. A guy I know in Cali went and didn't have to buy preworkout for a year lol

Im mostly kidding haha. I'm kinda stuck with my workouts because doing a 6 mile run in the mornings after leg day would just be death. I switch between back/bus and chest/tris. image.jpg
This portion of my run, the mini mount motherfucker, is a good portion of my leg day.

The only time I work legs is when I do the Tim Tebow pose.

And if I am running, you should probably run as well. It means something bad has just happened or is about to happen.

So I'm on day 3 of my Creatine load and I just realized I've been taking way too much of it. I noticed the container said "102 servings" this morning when I took a scoop out and I thought no way could it have that many spoonfuls. Then I realized it says "take 1 TEAspoon"...I've been doing TABLEspoons...

I was ready to take the stuff back to the store, I've been destroying my bathrooms all week. At least I know why now...

Lol. I usually do about 20-25 grams for a week or so and then bump back down to 5 grams for a few months and then I stop for a while. Some say you can do it year-round, but I prefer doing about 3 months on, 3 months off. If anyone tells you to do more than 5 grams a day, don't listen to them. Unless you're like Phil Health's size, 3-5 grams is about the max your body can use.

My bb.com order finally got here yesterday. I'm excited to try the mocha cappuccino whey today after the gym. I haven't been to the gym since last Thursday...this is the longest I've ever gone since I've been working out since 2009-2010 and it doesn't feel right.

I think we have the same creatine. 1 scoop is 5g right? So how many scoops were you taking? I never did the loading phase I just started with 5g a day and I've been on it for about 2 months now.

Yeah, I've done it without loading too. Same end result, loading just kicks in faster. I use ON unflavored creatine powder. 5g/tsp.

My school days are work from 8:00am-4:30pm (I take a 30 min lunch so I can leave early) and then go straight from work to school and I'm there from 6:15pm-9:30pm and I get home at around 10:30pm. On non school days, I work a regular 8-5 with an hour lunch and usually go to the gym straight after work. If I can just start going on the weekends along with my Tues and Thurs, I'll be golden. Also, I can't go in the morning....I HATE waking up early. I usually wake up at around 7:30 to be at work at 8 lol

Got my full-body workout in this morning before heading to Nashville for my bachelor party. I'm expecting to gain at least 4-5 lbs from alcohol and bar food lol.

(my 'sets of 10' were really actually anywhere from 7-15, but I don't remember, nor do I feel like typing it all out lol)
    hammer strength chest press: 3x10
    wide-grip lat-pulldown: 2 sets of 10
bent over barbell rows: 2 sets of 10
dumbbell side lat raises: 2 sets of 10
rope face pulls: 2 sets of 10
hammer curls: 4 sets of 10
triceps rope pushdown: 4 sets of 10
leg extensions: 3 sets of 10
seated leg curls: 3 sets of 10

Hit every muscle (besides calves, forearms, and abs) in under an hour.

    Instagram filter game strong:

When the laundry rooms got the best lighting in the house.

Sounds like you got a busy schedule. Props for still making it to the gym. When do you ever see your lady? When I used to work a lot then go to the gym my wife started to complain about not spending time with her. So now after work I hang out with her then hit the gym. She gets her hubby time and I get to go deep in her sugar walls so everyone is happy.
