So I recently bought these led bulbs at Walmart to switch out my stock yellow embers for some yellow ones. However they've been working perfect until the other day... I pulled them out of the socket assembly and replaced them with ember colored leds.. The problem I'm facing is that my blinker isn't working, the running lights isn't turning on when I turn on my truck. And it's blowing the fuse inside the fuse box.. I recently tested all the point of power. And it seems like the socket assembly on one side isn't lighting up my tester stick.. I recently contacted one of my good buddies to see what he thinks might be the problem. He said its the blinker relay orsolenoid. I'm stuck and if anyone has had similar problems before pls contact me!!! Thanks

I'm no expert on electrical... But I've read posts in the past about needing to install resistors ahead of some LED bulbs in some vehicles in some applications. Search around a bit on the forums for "LED resistor". You might find some info. I know it's out there. Cheap-o LED's = BAD.

I'd put the old bulbs back in before you end up with a much bigger problem (if you don't already have a much bigger problem). Sorry to drop bad news, but I've read some sad stories about LED's causing problems. If you really want LEDs in a 2009, check out jumpers LED's on Tacoma World. He'll set you up right.
