    just got a simple lift on her
    i have a 18 foot pontoon boat for sale for $2k firm.
    needs a lot of work, but it runs and floats. and you can take it to the lake tomorrow.

    has a 40hp force engine, (go for about $1600 used) i also have a 110 lb thrust trolling motor )which is about 300 used)

    the interior is completely done for. everything needs replaced. from the wood flooring, to the captains chair, to the carpet, to the drivers helm, to the bimini top.

    comes with a trailer, needs new tires, but they still hold air.

    this is priced to sell. i am firm on 2k because i can part it out for way more than that.
