Hello everyone. Anybody's sides hurt on 15 dbl cab?

2015 tacoma double cab

i am about 500 miles in on a trd sport prerunner dbl cab.
The seat bolsters(especially right side) are killing me. It's right where they get deep on sides, about 6 inches up from bottom.. I've tried different adjustments on seat and steering wheel.
There's a hard knot Roth there in seat. I think it may be part of air bag.
I'm an avg 6ft 200lb guy. Have a 100 miles round trip 4 days a week.
Anyone else had this happen.?
