Love this truck. 2005 Double Cab Tacoma TRD Off Road, with 120k. I pretty much do all the maintaining except for Oil changes. I been wanting to purchase a little gear oil pump and switch out all the gear boxes with a good synthetic gear oil. Any Recommendations? Royal Purple, Amsoil, Mobil 1.
I have been following the owners manual and doing Tune-up (really just a spark plug change), Belt replace, Brakes, Transmission fluid change at the mileage stated. These trucks just keep on running with no issues, love it.
So I was wondering is their any thing major I should be doing as a preventive maintenance?
