Turn signal Mod

    TRD Stat, TRD Supercharger, TRD Headers, TRD Cat-back, slight lift.
    So, I'd like to do the mod where you drill a hole in the side marker and retro the turn signal bulb to fit in it.
    But... my side marker is pretty slim where it would go. Has anyone done it to this:

    I just did this mod recently. Instead of the stock toyota corner socket/bulb (which is rather large), I used a smaller socket/bulb from an early 80's Honda accord. This requires a much smaller hole.

    The disadvantages of doing it this way, is that the wattage is a lot less (not as bright) and it will cause the computer to think that the bulb is burned out (due to the change in electrical resistance) and blink real fast. I corrected this by wiring in a 'ballast' resister to trick the computer.
