I have had them on for a week now and I am happy I put them on. I don't have to stand on my brake pedal anymore when I need to come to a quick stop. I take an interstate every morning to get to work. It's usually pretty congested and the usual speeds are around 70-80mph bumper to bumper. Some mornings everyone decides to come to complete stop to rubber neck, text, scratch there ass & etc. There were a couple of occasions where I had to lock up the brakes and swing the truck onto the shoulder to avoid hitting someone. It would probably help if I slowed down anyways. But with the Tundra Brakes I have been able to come to a quicker and more controlled stop than before. And I love the way they look with my wheels & tires! :D

My only recommendation would be to purchase Toyota brake pads & shims. They aren't cheap but the pads are much better quality and less likely to squeak. Also it would be good to bed in the pads into the rotors. I have worked at a Lexus dealer for awhile and aftermarket pads usually make a lot of noise. Maybe it's the crappy quick brake shops they take them to. Nothing more embarrassing than a squeaky truck.

Dang, that sucks. I think that its a pretty great match.

Did you get the duplicolor primer and clear also when you did it?

No clear, wasn't going to after this. I don't even think a clear would change anything on that would it?

My can sticker also just said Silver Metallic, not Lunar Mist Metallic. I just thought it was the same thing. I guess not

Yeah, that does not look good at all. Looks like silver sharpie.

Maybe they sent the wrong one?

Ive heard good things about this company, but never personally used them.

    http://www.automotivetouchup.com/

Looks like its $20.00 for a 12oz spray can which is 4oz more than the duplicolor.

    Color matching your grill?

I was looking into automotive touch up but yeah a little pricey. I probably will but I found an 04 bumper that was color matched white on Craigslist so I want to color match it lunar mist with a black valence, like newer taco as are.

Grill will probably come shortly after haha

Damn :boom: oh well. This one was only $30 for the bumper, chrome, and support bracket. Hopefully I can mod something up to make it fit mine

Haha kinda. I'm in south NM, probably a 4 hour drive just to the boarder of AZ. If I ever have to go to AZ though I know where I will stop!

    Haha no joke. Yeah hopefully!

Yeah! I live in Las Cruces so about 45-60 min from white sands? Awesome place, sucks when it's hot or windy but it is beautiful. I have to keep telling myself the NM isn't all that bad. Desert is a beautiful place

Nice! I have such great memories from over there. Picked the biggest hill, got some sleds and spent almost the whole day just going up and down.
