Posted this elsewhere on TW, but here is my '15 thinking about getting a color coded grill. Hate that chrome is an "upgrade" for the OR.

 

Thinking the same for my Limited as well. But all those black parts sure add up quickly.

 

You're not wrong. I never thought it'd be so Damn expensive to black out a truck. After shading the lights, new rims, and losing all the chrome, shit adds up haha.

 

I have never seen my Pro clean for more than 5 mins after a wash! Super sexy...but this color is Def a pain to keep up with! I don't even try anymore, I just give the look that I off road 24/7 lol meanwhile I haven't even taken him out lol.

Here's a pic of our 2009 when it was new. Currently has about 96k trouble free miles.
Still waiting for the leaf recall fix though.

 

My 08 work in progress..Blacking out wheels, Darker Tint, Exhaust, Black the step bars out, Satoshi (which I traded for a switch, but it needs some work) hopefully lift after christmas, and still have to install some thing from the other truck (UG, Fire Light)

 

It's not often that I get the vehicle I really want, but my '13 AC Prerunner is the exception. Recently had the base grill painted. The look is now complete.

That was technically the first mod to the truck. Long story, short. I had one on my old Tacoma when I lived in NY, and they were common in that era up north. I was unable to find a used Tacoma ('03-'04) for a decent price, so I went with the new 2nd gen. in 2005. I wasn't fond of the roof line, so after searching I located a Lund sunvisor. I also somewhat wanted to revive memories of the old Tacoma. The rest is history. Some like it, some don't, and some don't care. My g/f says it's my Puerto Rican side because of all my peoples in South Florida. Whatever...
