    SOLVED!!!!!

so it turns out that the wiring harness plug that sits on the lower right side of the fuse panel inside the cab... well, it came loose just a touch.

pushed it back all the way in and BOOM... everything works as fragged.

I never touched that plug, and i noticed that the retaining clip is broken on it... so I'll just have to watch it in case it wiggles loose.

THANKS for all the input guys!
Hopefully this post will help someone else to learn a lesson I've known for years... when electrical issues are at play, CHECK ALL PLUGS AND CONNECTIONS. hahaha

Put some zip ties on it to insure that it will stay where you want it?
