Highlander fog light wiring?

So my girlfriend is interested in a 2015 highlander le.. I never really looked at one up close until today. Anyway, I noticed it is pretty much base model.. has no fog lights but has the fog light covers.. my question is does anyone know if they are all wired for them or if i need to buy the wire harness and fog light switch and everything else... anyway and info would help.. if i can do it I will.. but if its above my paygrade then I'll try to negotiate Toyota to install them as a bonus
