I am a member of a few forums and each seems to have a specific demographic, Corvettes over 50. Miatas New over 50 Used 20-50 Curious about 3rd Gen buyer demographic

The Miata forum gen one (NA) guys are usually young guys who build their cars.I would imagine those who build their trucks are younger guys who build older gen 1s and 2s and have little interest in the latest and "greatest"

31, so I guess I technically fall in the second group....and who is skewing the results with this 80-100 nonsense???

    I'm 29, but I'll be 30 before mine comes in...so 30.

Also what's with the poll options? 30, 40, 50, etc. all fall into two answers each. lol

Lmao two votes for the 80-100 years old range. 23 here, I believe the majority of Tacoma drivers are younger as opposed to older.

I'm 20 and I enjoy building my truck. It may be slow to y'all but its fast to me.... And now sounds similar to a nascar.

As I tell people I may grow old, but I doubt if I have grown up. My toys get more expensive.

I'm 19, broke, and in college. So no new truck for me anytime soon.

Im 25, if I don't buy one within the next 5 years I probably never will. I've been working since I finished high school, saving for a down payment on a house and university. When I buy a house I will probably get a commuter car and a nice 84-89 4runner with a 22RE and 5spd for weekend offroad trips. The reason I don't own an older truck right now is I have no where to work on it, no where for my tools, and 1 parking space.

I'm still wondering why anyone at any age would buy a Miata.

Because its a Go Kart on rails that is the exact opposite experience of a Tacoma....Have to have both to appreciate each of them more...900,000 sold 1000 pre orders for the new ND last May...

Yeah, its a cheap but really awesome sports car experience. They're loads of fun at autocross but they don't have the motor for full size tracks in my opinion.

But...but..it's a Miata. We'll agree to disagree. Sorry, didn't mean to hi-jack your thread. I'm actually surprised at the amount of "younger"folks buying a new truck. Good for them. Probably a good investment.

    I'm 47 and I'm not buying a 2016, but I did buy a 2014 and a 2015 and built them both. I've "built" every truck I've ever bought. I don't think I'll ever outgrow lifted trucks.

You made a post on this? OMG. Description: At the beach. Must be 17 and your daddy makes you choose. Buy the one your daddy pays for. After you show him the results of the poll.

    OMG. This was a question?
