ARB Winch suggestions

Hello TW! I recently wrecked my 2007 which included a custom built steel bumper to house a 50" light bar (kinda crazy but I loved it). After the wreck I decided to go with an ARB Bull Bar. I will be installing a 20 inch light bar on it, but I want a winch. However, I dont want the winch to be permanently mounted in the bumper so I dont have the unnecessary weight on the front, and so I can use it in the rear. Let me see your creative solutions on a removable winch mount for an ARB! Also, if you just want to show off your ARB Bull Bar and various lighting solutions or modifications please do! Thanks
