    i have a 2015 pre runner with the pro comp 3.5 nitro lift...
    I currently have 285/70R16... They still seem small..

    Could I run 295/70R16 or 305/70R16? What do you recommend?
    Or even a 75?

    Yes sir
    Pretty sure 305's are just wider, so you'd want 315's which are 35's. Essentially 2 inches higher than your current 285's. You'll have to trim a bit for the 35's to say the least.
