How much are stock Civic rims worth?

Hi folks. I know this is a Tacoma forum, but I also know that many Tacoma owners here have a Honda Civic in the home as well. So, my wife has steelies on her 2013 Civic, and does not like them. Her winters are on rusted steelies that need to be replaced. I'm looking for a set of alloys for her. Her winters will go on the steelies that the summers are currently on, and the summers will go on the new rims. I came across these, but cannot find out how much they're worth. They're brand new, never used, owner wants 800, talked him down to 600, but need to know what they're worth new. Also, these are 18 inch rims. Current stock size of her Civic is 15 inch. I have doubts they'll fit even with a low profile tire. Keep in mind, I'm in Canada. I am thinking that 600 is a bit too much, but can't be sure because I don't know what they cost new. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
