If by loaded you mean luxury you might be out of luck. You can get F150 lariats for 38-39 and thats just the advertised price. If you want an XLT optioned out I bet you could swing it for 35k here in Houston

The way I see it, if you *race* it at a track you have every right to call it a racecar ;)

Pretty badass ride. Do you do mostly drag strips or do you ever go to road courses?

currently set up for drag racing. But will still corner fairly decent on the street (upgraded suspension, wide rear tires) but I wouldn't even want to embarrass myself by road racing in the current configuration

@Aussiek2000...what trim/options are you looking at for the 2016? Obviously v6 with tow package. But 2x4 or 4x4? Access or Double Cab?

I have access cab 4x4 offroad ordered.

And if I were to buy a full size, it'd be a GM, not a Ford like aforementioned. GM with similar options (LT/SLT) would be 45K

    Ok...lets do some math.
First off...Tow capacity is is 6800 lbs on the 2x4 access cab. All the tow capacities are reduced 300 pounds for the 4x4 models. So that puts you at 6500 pounds for tow capacity.
Curb weight on the access 4x4 is 4305 lbs.
I haven't seen anything listed GCVW, but GCVW is typically just curb weight + tow capacity. If you look at the specs of the various models and add them together and average it out, GCVW is right around 11000 pounds.
Now GCVW - curb weight - tow load you are expecting comes out to 11000-4305-6000 = 695 lbs.
Now lets assume two medium sized adults in the vehicle at 160 lbs each. 695-160-160=375 lbs.
    21 gallon fuel tank at 6.3 pounds per gallon. 6.3*21 = 132 lbs. 375-132 = 243 lbs.
You mentioned "tires and gear". Since you're posting drag slips, I'll assume just 2 additional wheels and tires. Don't know the weight of those, but I'll assume 50 lbs each. 243-50-50 = 143 lbs
Since you're towing a 6000 lb load, you'll need a WD hitch with load bars and sway control. That will be at least another 75 lbs. 143-75=68 lbs
Gear? Without more specifics, I'll take a SWAG at an additional 50 lbs. 68-50-50=18lbs

So....eat a big taco bell lunch, or an ice chest full of beer, one child, or a midget with a camera, and you've now exceeded GCVW.

No passengers, no tire weight since I'd leave them on car if trailering, no sway control, maybe 100lbs in tools. I can drop total weight to 5500ish if I get aluminum trailer
