I've done some research and have a mostly decided opinion but wanted to hear from people here. I was a spaz and bought 5-20 instead of 5-30 Mobile 1 ($48) and didn't realize until after I'd poured 3 qts into the engine. I'm just interested to hear what you would do in my situation? Drain and refill to make it a $100 oil fill? Keep it and drive? Change it after a shorter interval?

I've only driven it about 30 miles so far but I will say it definitely seems to be quieter, both starting and on the highway. The temps here are supposed to be low 80's this week and then 70's next, so not really hot at all.

Any ideas why it seems like the 5/20 makes it quieter?

    you will be fine.

Next time around grab the 0w-30 mobile 1 full syn. No point to buy 5w-30 when 0w-30 is available for the same price.
