Should I sell my 2002 and buy a 2015 or 16?

I have a 2002 TRD fairly mint with a few rust spots on the bumper. Only 120k miles with new frame, tires, exhausts at 100k miles. I have found that I can pick up a New TRD this time of year for about 31k which is not bad. I am really torn as to weather or not its enough of an upgrade or should I just hang on for the 2016?

If your paying cash keep them both.

I refuse to spend that much money on a vehicle that does not pay for it`s self.

I have had my 08 since new. I am up to 120k and I feel like I am just starting. She's long ago paid off and as beautiful to me now as she was in the beginning. If I were you I would keep it. It sounds like a sweet truck.
