Watch the difference it makes. How many here use a light bar?

Might just be the camera, but your HIDs look really weak. What brand are you using?

How hard are light bars to wire yourself? I've always wanted one and that video makes me want one...a lot

You need to basically be a electrical engineer with the knowledge of a 6 year old...

If you have the slightest idea of how electrical works you can do it, also I built my own harness relay and everything but from here on I will most likely just buy the wiring harnesses off Amazon which are basically plug and play!

Kind of what I was getting at. Having tried using a light bar on my desert truck, ended up taking it off. The glare off the hood & dust on the windshield gave me a headache after a couple minutes.

I like it for bonfires and such, one time friend dropped keys in dry lake bed... (same lake you can see in my build, truck was in same spot on the grass) Turned on the light bar and went and found them about 10 feet from the water.

As far as driving unless the windshield is clean it takes a few to get used to the light on the hood

Mount in in front of the truck instead of on top and it isn't an issue.

I already have one on the front! :D

And the higher up it is the better the light spreads, When going through deep grass and such I use the top light bar as the lights and lower led bar just shines into the grass 2inches ahead...
