Side view mirror adjusts side to side but not up and down.

    Looks like I have a broken nylon screw that adjust the mirror up and down. I pressed on the mirror too hard and looks like a stripped it and it will not adjust up and down. It is under warranty but looks like my fault. Do you think the dealer will honor this? If not, is there somewhere I can get this part without having to replace the whole assembly? It is a weird light blue nylon threaded female sleeve under the circled area below..

    From searching it looks like they call it a "jack screw".
