    Hello All.
In 2001 I owned a 88 Toyota 4x4 that was in pretty ruff shape.
    I haven't owned another truck until yesterday. I picked up a 2001 Tacoma 4WD DoubleCab V6 Automatic.
What I can tell you about it is that it has over 376,000kms on it, it had it's frame replaced by toyota in 2012 (one of the reason's I purchased the truck), it is lifted 3" I think, The Leafs are suppose to be new, the gas tank has been replaced with a used rust free one from Texas, 4wd L and H engages as it should, all the power options work and I don't think the interior of the truck has been cleaned in the past decade (vacuumed yes, but not cleaned).

I have started pulling it apart and cleaning things up.
I will be replacing what needs to be replaced and will be improving/fixing what the previous owners have done to it thus far.

Some of the things I will be doing:
    Things in bold are completed

Resolve odd vibration while off the throttle at various speeds.
Replace Front Diff Needle Bearing with ECGS Bushing.
Replace the crap tires on the truck
Sell the aftermarket rims and replace them with factory Toyota alloys
Replace and service the front and rear brakes

Shot of the frame, pretty excellent condition for our Canadian climate and salty winter roads

Perhaps I should explain the name of the thread.
I am a lover of Star Wars. The Millenium Falcon is my favourite ship in that universe.
My name for the truck is the Millenium Falcon.
I presume the Taco does not need explaining.
So we have a Millenium Falcon Taco Build.

Carpet removed lets me do a thorough cleaning underneath, find and seal sources of water entering the cab and lets me remove areas that have rust buildup and touch up the paint afterwards.

I will take it in as the spare tire mount recall work has not been completed yet.

So this ended up adding up to $21.19. That's a lot of spare change!

    Awesome. Here's a couple things:

    1. I dyed my interior rug with this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00098PO3G?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00 It took 3 cans for my regular cab. It makes the carpet a little bristly, but after it looks way better than a stained dirty carpet (even a nicely shampooed one lol).

    2. The vibrations could be because of the lift you mentioned. I'm getting ready to lift about 3" with new coilovers and leaf springs so I've been reading up on this too:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/just-fixed-driveline-vibration-for-free.153050/

Time to get on that project so you can drive it in its new condition to the new Star Wars movie in December lol :)

Looks good! My truck looked like someone was learning how to hit their spit can while driving when I bought it. Glad you could get it looking new without paying for any products!

I got a lot carried away with pulling things apart. In my defence, it was necessary.
Front fenders will be replaced, I'm not fixing them.
The rear fenders are gross but fixable.
