    Don't know if this has been covered before but I haven't really seen any threads on it, I'm bored at work and thought this would be a fun one.

    I'll start it off. I was doing the Mojave Trail and I was crossing a dry lake bed. Decided to mess around and do a couple donuts. Hit a small ditch while drifting sideways and popped the bead. Was gonna put the spare on but my retarded self left the key for the lock to my spare at home. So I had to take the wheel off and try all kinds of crap to get the tire to pop back on to the wheel. Used a ratchet strap around the middle of the tire to try to pop it outwards on to the rim and jumped on it, kicked it, bounced it, etc...Finally got it to seat on the rim properly. Fun process haha. Moral of the story is I'm very GRATEFUL I had my Hi Lift jack! Great investment.

    Shmell I noticed your in Torrance. I was stationed in SoCal in the early 80's. Did a lot of riding in hungry valley and Gorman. Loved the desert areas. Did Barstow to Vegas back in the day on a bike.

    I've only heard of breaking a bead using a high lift.....could be wrong though.

    Yeah man I live about 4 miles from the beach. Love it hear. Hungry Valley is fun, was there a few months back. I did the Mojave Trail last year from Laughlin to Barstow. Super fun desert for sure!

    Nice man! Thanks for sharing, they totally come in handy. I used mine in the rear of my truck to work on my rear suspension a little bit.

    Things I have used the Hi Lift for:

    Lifting trucks on to jack stands for servicing, no big deal.

    Winching a Jeep out of a mud hole.... that was fun.

    Popping the beads on my tires, to add TPM sensors

    Love the Hi Lift, they're so versatile
