Rocket switch question

Wiring my light bar this afternoon, never tried my hand at it. A friend of mine is helping me, but he's never wired a rocker switch. How do you get the inserts out to put the switch in place and how do you wire them? Probably a dumb question but I need help

 

The spots below the radio just pop out. There are two clips on the sides need to be pushed in. a Skinny pocket knife popped mine off.

 

I have a 2010 5 speed the places for the switches are by my mirror adjustment

 

Remove the small compartment door under them..... Rech up, push out

 

I came in here expecting to find a rocket launcher mod

Left of steering wheel blanks either reach up through coin tray opening or remove that dash panel. The blanks there have an upper and lower plastic lock tab that need to be squeezed in and then the blank can be pushed out.
