I know where you are coming from. Dealt with DCH in the past. Bought my 09 from Prestige in Kingston. Great dealership just to far for service.

Installed new aftermarket headlights after a run in with a deer and took it to DCH to have them align. They said they wouldn't touch them cause they are aftermarket. F...ing Idiots! Exactly same housing as stock! No difference.

Now only bring in yearly for state inspection and every time they bring up the same recalls that have been done years ago. Prices for parts are thru the roof also. Crooks.

When sitting in waiting room I hear all the BS stories they give to unsuspecting customers that don't know shit bout cars. Poor fools!

A little off topic...after installing poly bushings in LCA, steering rack and stabilizer it was due for an alignment. Took the truck to Fishkill Tire. Always had good service there before with tires and mounting. Ask them to align to my specs. They put it on the rack to see what the current configuration was. Said they needed a tool that locks the steering wheel to adjust caster. Tool was owned by one of their mechanics that wasn't working today. Said to bring back sometime during the week when he is in.

Caster was generous, 4+ caster driver side and 3.1 on passenger side. Needs a little less on driver. Camber on driver was 0 and passenger was -0,4 Positive Toe 36/64 on driver and positive 1/16 on passenger. Surprised tires aren't squealing as much as they should be.

Just pissed they scuffed up my wheels with their equipment. Spent a lot of time Derping my wheels and they looked great. Just annoyed that every time I try to get something done by someone else they F....up all the time. Would have been really pissed if they were new shiny wheels. Seems people just don't give a damm about someone else's property. Mechanics here in NY suck! Sorry for the rant.
