Installed LR UCAs and got an alignment

I cut the bolts to remove without bending sheet metal. Unfortunately the fuel lines on the driver's side were still in the way, so I had to bend the fender anyway.

I've shown you guys the pics of what happened....

So, rip off the old one
    [IMG]

have not one but BOTH 10mm bolts under the trailer ball shear off
    [IMG]

Get the thing apart and find out the trailer ball nut is seized on
    [IMG]

    Begin weeping gently. Open beer.

Did the ' flip it over & soak WD40 in the nut hole for half an hour' trick, then applied large amounts of AfriMeriEngineering with the aid of a fourth foot length of iron pipe and copious amounts of hammering.

All things said and done, four hours and one trip to Lowe's later (I had a 3/4" and 11/16" sockets, but not in deep well, dammit), not too shabby for one pair of hands and three beers

My 2 or 3 year old Die Hard battery was bulging at the negative battery terminal. The first thing I noticed was an abnormal amount of corrosion on that terminal. I got rid of it and picked up a Duralast Gold today. We've had good luck with them in my wife's car. Probably won't be buying Die Hard again.

Checked out a new Tacoma, since I hadn't seen one in person yet. Overall, it was really nice, just wasn't crazy about the front end.
