Debadged tailgate,20% with 5% bar. Radar scanner hidden.

Need a tonneau cover before winter. Looking for a roll up one that locks in place so you can't just walk up an unroll it. No snap an no trifold. Not looking to spend a lot of money either something waterproof with a warranty. Seen a lot of diff brands best one that secures?? Thanks guys
