Dash Screen Bug

Anyone have any issues on the dash screen?

So there are 3 editable screens and one blank screen (going up and down). What is the purpose of the blank screen? I want to use it!


So the bug is. The edit button on the steering wheel does not work. I have to go into settings and edit the display screens there. I am pretty sure it is a programming thing. I think I am suppose to be able to edit the mileage/distance/mpg screen straight from it by holding the button.

This is all when in park.

 

Time to read the manual.

 

Mine did and the 2016 manual is available online as well. Would not do me any good to read it for him as I don't have a 2016 truck to play with yet.

 

Ok Just to clarify. I am in park. I press the "Customize" button at the screen I want to customize. It asks "Do you want to customize this screen?" I say yes. It does nothing at all.

 

Pretty sure I was not able to customize this blank screen either.
I assume it's for someone that doesn't want it on at all since it can't be turned off as far as I know. Maybe for night time less distraction?
