Spare tire/rim-does it matter to you?

I have matching wheel and tire, rotate it in as well

 

When i purchased my FJ Cruiser Trail Team addition wheels i decided to purchase 5 total so they all would match and could be rotated out.It really isn't that big of a deal but i wanted these wheels from the time i purchased my Tacoma brand new back in 2012 so it made the wheel purchase that much more special.

 

Anyone else have trouble getting a 285/217/70 on the spare tire hanger? I just got a new one replacing a bald one, and had to do some cutting. Apparently that 1.5" of tread matters.

Back in caveman times, the spare was part of the rotation sequence. Since I am a caveman, I grew up with the 5 tire rotation....

Someday I may just get the 5th alloy and go for it...once I move out of the salt belt in a month or so, salt and crap are but a memory....
