Just curious of what everyone's getting...
I just took my truck in for the second alignment and told the tech I wanted 2.5-3.0 degrees caster, 0 toe and 0 camber. He got the passenger side to 2.7*, but could only get 1.7* caster on the driver side and 'tried everything'. Handles pretty good, but my 265/75/16s rub on the driver side on full compression.
My setup is Icon extended travel co's set to 23.50" both sides, 265/75/16 duratracs on stock alloys w/ 1.25" spacers. Total Chaos upper control arms.

That is really quite poor. I'm surprised it doesn't pull to the driver side (although the pull of caster looks like it was countered by the camber settings ). They should have no problem getting the alignment dialed. I am not sure what the caster spec would come out to, but it should be more than 2 degrees and pretty much equal on both sides.

Thanks for the response Dan (bought my arms from you )
I wonder why such a big difference from right to left?

I'm tempted to try @jberry813 's DIY alignment write up.. Or maybe try another shop.

Sometimes the Cam Bolts can be seized up, which can certainly cause a problem.

So After that alignment posted above my steering wheel was off a couple degrees... I straightened it out myself by turning the inner tie rods the same direction/same amount and got a light on the dash. It's the vsc/slip light as pictured.

I took it down to the alignment shop to see if they could clear it, and they told me they need to hook it up to their alignment rack and start over (and clear the code). So I made an appointment and had it aligned today but they couldnt clear the light/code plus they said they reset the YAW sensors. Happy with the new alignment numbers (lowered the front about an inch before taking it in) but it looks like I'll have to take it to the dealership. :annoyed:

I've spoken with another member who had the same problem but with stock suspension and he said they cleared it by just hooking up their scanner. After searching around it looks like some had to do a zero point calibration either with a jumper wire or have the dealer do it with their scanner. Anyone want to chime in with similar issues?

took it to the dealer today for that vsc light and suggested they do a zero point calibration. They did just that and got everything straightened out
Now I have 4 low and factory selectable vsc/slip options operational again.

I wouldn't say I had any issues with the Total Chaos arms.. Once I dropped it down to about 2" over stock I got the caster angle I wanted. The slip light coming on is just a Toyota nanny.
