I'm looking for some experienced and creative fellow Taco owners to give me some advice on what the best look for my truck will be, how i go about doing it, and how can i do it for relatively cheap.

I have a 2009 4door that is white, dark window tint, roof rack, i plasti-dipped my front end all black, and i painted my 17" wheels black. i have 265/65/17 BFG All-Terrains, so i'm basically going for the black/white look. But i feel like i could beef up my tires to get that better look. I think logically going up to a 285/70/17 tire is the right size. Unfortunately, i only have about 15-20k miles on my current ones, so they have a ton of tread left on them and i'd like to get a good amount of money for them. The question is, how? Do i try to sell local on craigslist, sell to a tire shop, etc? And how much can i realistically expect to get from them? The other question i have is...what do i need to do to my stock suspension to fit a 285/70? Do i just need to do a spacer kit (1.5"?) on the front end in order to create the space so that they don't rub, and then i wouldn't have any problems?

I'm open to any other suggestions to move up a from the stock look and beef up the truck a little bit. I appreciate any recommendations!IMG_2225.jpg IMG_2786.jpg

What's your budget for new tires and lift?

I'm not necessarily on a budget, but I only want to do it if it's something I can get done for a relatively cheap amount. I'm basically banking on being able to get a good amount for my BFGs that are still in great shape, and having to spend a minimal amount to lift the front end just enough to fit the larger size of tire. Sooo...maybe only $300-400 at most if that's even the difference in my used tires and the new 285s. I would also be open to different 285s but i've loved my BFGs and I'm assuming that most people are going to think they're the most bang for your buck and they also look badass
