How much weight can the silver D Ring Hooks that sit at the bottom of the bed walls hold?

I need it to strap & support my 55 gallon water tank, which weights 400lbs.

I suggest you take a peek under the bed, look up the side and see how those pieces are reinforced on the back side of the bed.

Then decide how you want to use them.

Water weighs 8.34 # per gallon, so your total estimate is low.

Of course the fittings will not be holding all that weight by a long shot, unless I'm not understanding how this will be loaded.

Also, proper cribbing will do much for protecting it from movement, and the fittings/straping will become more of a backup safety feature than a main control feature.

Im using the tie down hooks to strap to the plastic pallet which is holding the tank, thus preventing the pallet holding the tank from moving around.

When that old lady pulls out in front of you and you have to nail the brakes, what do you think will happen to the D-rings, or the plastic pallet, trying to hold back 450+ pounds? And if you T-bone her....

    Just sayin

Asking three times in 24 hours you must be really interested so I used my Google Fu. Its like a superpower. Best I can tell the answers is 440 lbs. I assume that's static. My superpowers dont extend into complicated mathematics so your guess as to what would happen when stuff goes wrong is as good as mine. And 440 lbs is per some unknown person on an internet forum that read something written by an unknown person not officially associated with Toyota on another internet forum. Didn't say it was a very good superpower.
