3" lift, 18" XD spys, 33" nitto terra graps, 1.25 wheel spacers, bull bar + light bar.
I have a 2010 5 speed ext cab 4x4 im running 265/75/r16 duratracs right now, going to lift and throw some bigger wheels and tires on it after they wear out. what do you guys think about running 18x10 wheels and 285/70/r18 on this truck? Just wondering how well it would turn them, tried to search something like this, but couldn't find anything.

I'm going to guess your truck would struggle. I have 285/75/16 on a v6 and my foot is pretty much always in the gas. Your truck will do it though.
