    I hear you. It's surprising that people don't take safety a bit more seriously as opposed to performance and looks.

    Once you've been in an accident you realize how fragile the human body is especially if you're recovering long term from an injury.

    I would take safety over reliability (not Fiat and Land Rover levels of it though) any day.

    this is a gen 2 i realize, but it was t-boned, flipped 3 times with 0 injuries and all doors closed as normal, i have seen this many times with similar situations. one of, if not the most, safest vehicles on the road. I'm sure its just the same or better for gen 3
