Question: 15 DCLB 1.75" (5100s) used 4wd first time launching my Jetski at 4800 miles on it. I had the front diff pulsing vibe at 30-40 mph until I clicked 4hi then to 2 at idle pace. I was able to get it to pulse again by going to 4hi then to 2 at about 30mph as a test. I am not sure (sorry if I missed it) is to what extent of damage am I doing to the truck when I'm getting the pulsing vibrations? Is it worth it to bring up to the dealer when I bring it in for service next Tuesday? I should probably do ECGS right away. Thanks

My dealer could not provide me with a copy of the TSB, as they are technically confidential and Toyota doesn't allow their distribution to the public. However, I was able to find it on another website late last night.

I think i got it uploaded, but if nothing is here I'll try again...

 Thats awesome! I installed my bushing this past weekend and it solved a lot of issues but unfortunately I still have a rattle when going over bumps. At least it doesn't feel like the drivers side wheel is going to fall off anymore. Wasn't hard to install other than trying to hammer in the bushing itself, it was tight. Thanks everyone for all the info on in this thread, really helped me a lot!

I used the pole from my floor jack to go over my install tool. Put the hammer way outside of that tight area.

oh thats smart. I used a breaker bar with a 24mm socket over the race tool and just held it as strait as I could while pounding on the end of the bar.

i used a 1 1/4 inch half inch drive socket and an extension. got me through the wheel well. control arms get here today to get the alignment done. stinks i had to school NTB's alignment tech because they ripped me off with a green and go alignment.

Installed my ECGS bushing last weekend, and its all quiet on the northwestern front! Combined that with a new hub assembly from nj636 and new seals through out made a night and day difference.

Has it been discussed in this thread about installing the same bushing on the passenger side?

@Muy Grande and @Tulsatacoma I need some clarification on something. Muy Grande I sent you the removal tool, bushing driver, and bushing driver tool. Tulsatacoma states he received the package next and only the removal tool is in it. So I ask this where is the bushing driver, and bushing driver tool? @KingTaco81 can you confirm when you get the package if only the removal tool is in the box?

So I am not getting any responses from Muy Grande in regards to the driver, and driver tool I sent him that has now either been stolen or miraculously vanished. Some insight @Muy Grande would be much appreciated.

I mean FFS I broke the damn tool when I was using it. And do I just disappear and just leave the rest of TW out of luck? NO. call up ECGS and pay for a new threaded insert for the tool. It's sad. We're all hear with a common purpose and goal and should have some mutual respect not to screw people over like that.
