    Hello,

My name is Todd. Though I have had 2 4Runners and a Camry this is my first Tacoma. It is a 2013 SR5 PreRunner. I am really loving it but have a few questions.
    1. Where is the best place (price-wise) to buy the correct locking lug nuts?
    2. Though I have heard about it is it really possible and advisable to move the backup camera's display down to the radio head unit instead of the rear-view mirror?
    3. Who do most of you recommend for an external warranty other than a dealer?

    Thanks.

    Welcome!!

I really like Discount Tire Direct. They'll make sure you get the correct ones at a good price.

Leave it in the mirror, it makes more sense up there. Your head should be up when backing, not looking down at the dash.

Extended warranties are the biggest sucker deal in retail. You bought one of the most reliable trucks on the planet, so don't worry about it.

I have the dash mount and my two buddies have the mirror screen. I wish I had the mirror screen after experiencing both. Much more natural and like mentioned above, safe because your head should be up for safe viewing of the area around you.

The consol version just adds a fourth item to check in backing up (I use all three mirrors and check display for proximity to items when backing up but side mirrors for the sides of the truck and rear view for the large picture beyond the truck)
