its hard to say. I am guessing its a Chinese made generic light that claims to use Cree emitters. It all depends on build quality, design and if they use a real Cree diode. Cree diodes are great in and of themselves. It is pretty much buyer beware when it comes to all non branded, limited sales aftercare and warrantied items.

Cree maybe makes the best emitters and optics out there. But putting Cree emitters in a crappy light doesn't doesn't change it into a good light.
