I know I've seen a couple threads on this on here before, but can't for the life of me find them now. I know they are 16x7 and they have 4.5" backspace. But, want to know if there's anyone on here running the 1st gen wheels that look like stars with 285's? The set-up that I'm running right now is a set of Ultra Badlands 16x8 with a +10 offset which puts them right around 4.9" backspace, with 285/75R16 Nitto Trail Grapplers. Trying to figure out if the 16x7 with 4.5" backspace will rub at full lock, the Badlands cause the tires to rub the frame from just the little drop off my driveway. I know its due to the backspacing of the wheels. Really want to avoid running spacers. If anyone can help me out that would be outstanding. Thanks in advance!

The 2001-2004 stocks that also came on 1st gen tundras? yeah they will fit, but with 285s they might rub upper control arm and even with the 2.5" up front it may still hit your cab mount.

I ran 285/75r16 on stock rims like that without it rubbing control arm…still rubbed the cab mount time to time.

Thanks for the reply. Going to be chopping the cab mount in the next week, as far as the UCA goes I guess its going to be one of those try it out and see if it clears.
