    I'd say that's worse than the old H&K ad that had the cartridges loaded backwards. At least folks who own H&K's can use that mess up as a joke.

    Oh no the techs are hanging their heads. The Pr dept totally dropped the ball. Unfortunately the techs will feel the brunt of it from their peers and customers.

    Your customers must have more knowledge than mine :confused:......they look at a price, then want more BUT do not have a CLUE of the parts breakdown....

    Our GM and Owner know that I do not "Fix Stupid" no matter what PR and sales promise :thumbsup:....
