Looking to hire experienced wiring/lighting person

Title says it all. I'm looking to hire an experienced wiring/lighting person.

Basic summary of my problems:

I bought a HID Retrofit kit from TRS a couple years ago. I was sent the wrong wiring harness, and did not realize this until my headlights were out and I was getting ready to leave that evening. I rigged up the wiring harness I had on hand so my headlights would work. I basically have no high-beams, and basically to turn on my headlights, I do the same as you would normally turn on your high-beams. One of my headlights just went out and I think it is due to the wiring.

I am having trouble with my blinkers as well, I have an addicted offroad front bumper, and bought the LED turn signals, after wiring them up, they do not work. I would also like to add fog lights.

Oh and the plastic around my headlight housing adjustment area is busted, so I can't really adjust my headlights.

Would also like to add the LED Angel Eyes I have on hand as well.
