    I do a fair amount of Woodworking and I go thru contorsions to fit wood in my Ford Escape and wifes Honda CRV. Got a couple friends with Trucks...tired of asking to borrow...The look of the Tacoma's just grabs me...

    Well I love mine! A lot nicer than driving around in a full size. It's still a truck though, so you get to do truck stuff...and they're sexy as hell!

    @OZ-T

    OP:
    What do you mean by a good place to start? Do you want to own your next truck for a long period of time, or are you going to trade in every 2 to 3 years? What will you use the truck for, what will you be hauling, towing, etc? What do you require from a vehicle? Are you buying new?

    Need to know your needs and intentions before saying yes to the Tacoma, but I can vouch that it's my favorite truck on the market.
