I started building my trailer a couple weeks ago, I only work on it for a few hours twice a week so maybe 6-10 hours a week. I skipped a day last week so I have for work days into this so far...

You do neat work. Keep us posted on the progress.

It is hard to tell in the pix...how much clearance for the tires when you get into rough going?

It looks like the tire would rub front and rear frame bits if the springs were flattened, (axle rising).

Could be the photo angles, could be you have stop blocks to prevent that, could be the springs will never see that load?

Just an observation I wondered about on your quite nice work.

the plan is for a tongue box to house battery and air supply (it will be tough getting the whole band in there!). the 20 gallon water tank will be behind the axle because the spare tire will rest between cargo/kitchen box and tongue box.
Cargo box will be 3 feet tall with a hard shell RTT mounted to it. will roof rack bars that will go over the tent. The roof rack cross bars will also be able to swing around and become awning supports.
There will be a slide out for an ARB fridge, I have a sink table and one or two more tables to just stow in the trailer somewhere and deploy when needed. It is going to be a fun build
